Our team visited and covered Expo 2025 Osaka, one of the world’s largest international events, where countries from around the globe come together to showcase their cultures, innovations, and visions for the future. More than just an exhibition, Expo serves as a global space for exchanging ideas, celebrating traditions, and presenting technologies that help shape the world of tomorrow. Held under the theme “Designing Future Society for Our Lives,” Expo 2025 transformed Osaka into a global platform that brought together creativity, sustainability, and international collaboration, with a shared goal of envisioning a better future for humanity.
تاريخ المعرض
ويُعد إكسبو 2025 أوساكا امتدادًا لتقليد طويل من المعارض العالمية التي تعود بداياتها إلى القرن التاسع عشر، حيث ظهرت كمنصات لاستعراض الإنجازات الصناعية والهويات الثقافية، قبل أن تتطور إلى فضاءات لمناقشة التحديات العالمية ومستقبل البشرية. فمنذ أول معرض عالمي أُقيم في لندن عام 1851، ساهمت معارض الإكسبو في تقديم أفكار وابتكارات تركت أثرًا مستمرًا على حياتنا اليومية، من التطورات التكنولوجية إلى الإنجازات المعمارية. كما لعبت اليابان دورًا بارزًا في تاريخ الإكسبو، ويُعد إكسبو 2025 المرة السادسة التي تستضيف فيها اليابان هذا الحدث، والثالثة لمدينة أوساكا
THE HISTORY OF THE EXPO
Expo 2025 Osaka is also part of a long tradition of World Expos dating back to the 19th century. Originally created as platforms for showcasing industrial achievements and cultural identities, these international exhibitions gradually evolved into spaces for discussing global challenges and the future of humanity. Since the first World Expo was held in London in 1851, Expos have introduced groundbreaking ideas and innovations that continue to influence everyday life, from technological advancements to architectural achievements. Japan has also played a major role in Expo history, and Expo 2025 marks the sixth time the country has hosted the event and the third time for Osaka.
